Fixing and updating some things:

-Safira now shows you where the vultechs are;

-Fixed the settings bug in the main menu;

-Now the gadgets wheel has a little description for each gadget;

-Some dialogues were updated;

-Slightly improved performance in Green Ruins and Hard Ice Land.
